Ron and Bobbi have been leading Turpin Meadow Ranch for the past twelve years. From sunup to sundown, they’re on site making sure everything runs smoothly, guests enjoy a five-star experience, and the team has the support they need to succeed. They’ve built a culture that keeps both guests and staff coming back year after year. Whether they’re managing daily operations, lending a hand in the kitchen, or leading a trail ride, they’re hands-on leaders who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Originally from Texas, Hillary has been with the ranch for 6 years and is our Director of Guest Experience, Brand & Operations, where she oversees hospitality operations, guest experience, marketing, and events. With a passion for luxury hospitality and authentic Western experiences, she is dedicated to creating exceptional stays while helping grow the ranch’s brand and guest offerings. She lives in the Buffalo Valley with her husband and 5-year old daughter.

Sydney is our social media and marketing maven. She’s been with us for over two years, keeping up with the ever-changing world of social media, spreading the word about all we have to offer, and helping our guests have a great stay. She’s always on the lookout for new ways to share the experiences that make every visit memorable. When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her out on the trails or hitting the slopes.

This Switzerland native traded the Alps for the Tetons and has been the absolute heartbeat of our guest experience ever since! If you’ve stayed in our cabins, you’ve probably been in conversation with Alexandra. She takes care of our guests from the moment they book to the very last day of their stay, ensuring they have the experience of a lifetime. Her attention to detail and care for our guests is what makes Alex such a special person to work with when you’re a guest here at Turpin.

Paul has been our Head Chef for nearly four seasons, working alongside his partner and sous chef, Tona. The incredible meals our guests enjoy season after season are a testament to his talent and dedication in the kitchen. He’s been an essential part of the Turpin team, building and leading a consistent kitchen known for serving delicious, high-quality dishes from a menu our guests look forward to year after year.

Tona has been our Sous Chef, working alongside her partner, Paul, in life, love, and the kitchen for years. She joined the Turpin team with Paul in 2025 and has been an invaluable part of our operation ever since. From crafting exceptional dishes to keeping the day-to-day kitchen operations running smoothly, she does it all with skill, dedication, and a cheerful smile.

Joe has been in the Buffalo Valley for almost 15 years and fell in love with fly fishing from his time spent with his uncle years ago. He knows both parks like the back of his hand and is an excellent fly fisherman and instructor to help his guests fall in love with the sport as he did.

If you need someone to take you into the backcountry of the Bridger-Teton Wilderness in summer OR winter- Klint is your guy. Klint has been at the ranch for almost 6 years and is a trusted guide in both seasons. From riding into the wilderness with a string of pack mules to skate skiing across our 20km of groomed trails, he does it all.

John has been with Turpin Meadow Ranch for almost 6 years and has been a key member of our team. He has hawk-like “guide eyes” to help our guests spot wildlife on tours and his humor will keep you laughing throughout the whole tour. He also leads fishing trips, helping our guests get that big catch of the day and making them fall in love with fly fishing! If he’s not on the water, he’s probably behind the camera capturing wildlife throughout the Bridger-Teton National Forest. BARN MANAGER
Our Minnesota gal, Makenna (aka Hammer) is on her 5th season with us here at Turpin! She knows our herd of 60 horses and mules like the back of her hand and cares for them as if they’re her own. She takes so much pride in her work as a wrangler and barn manager and assures that every guest has a great experience whether it’s their first time on a horse or their 50th.

WINTER SNOWMOBILE GUIDE
Joey has been guiding for Turpin Meadow Ranch for over 15 seasons. In the summer Joey spends his time with guests exploring both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. During the winter months you can find him on a snowmobile on Togwotee Pass with his guests. Originally from Mississippi, Joey has made the Moran, WY and the Buffalo Valley his home since 2015. Joey and his wife Samantha enjoy hiking and backpacking the mountain ranges surrounding Turpin Meadow Ranch in their free time.

FLY FISHING GUIDE
This Colorado native has been with us for the past 2 years as a fly fishing & hiking guide in the summers and a shuttle driver & snow man in the winters. Jonas is a great coach on the water, helping his guests catch their first cutty and learn the fundamentals of fly fishing. If you’re on a tour with Jonas whether thats in the parks or on the river bank, you’ll be sure to walk away with smiles and memories.
