Afternoon of XC Skiing

We came up to Turpin Meadow Ranch for the day during a recent trip to Jackson Hole. We wanted to try Nordic skiing and Turpin Meadow was the perfect place for a lesson, lunch and an afternoon 3-hour tour. Our instructor and guide was Elee, and she was an amazing coach and collector of inspirational quotes! When we first scheduled the lesson/tour before coming, the front desk was really friendly and accommodating, and suggested a morning lesson and offered to make us reservations for lunch at their restaurant, before embarking on an afternoon out. I highly recommend the restaurant, a simple menu but the food is out of this world. During our ski tour of the ranch, Elee regaled us with stories of the local history which was fascinating, and then at wonderful moments along the route, she would point out an amazing view and read us a quote to accompany the moment. We absolutely LOVED it, and we will be back for a longer stay next time.
