Beautiful, fun xc ski lesson

My boyfriend and I spent last Saturday afternoon at Turpin Meadows. We took a skate ski lesson with Elee, and she was fantastic! Neither of us had ever tried it before, and by the end of the hour and a half lesson she had us zipping around the trail! It was so fun. After the lesson we felt confident enough to take ourselves out to explore more of the property. I recommend booking with her in advance — we got lucky, but were told they can’t always take same-day appointments.

The view from the ranch is spectacular — you can see the Tetons. There was also a bull moose hanging around when we were there. The main lodge has an extremely cozy restaurant and bar and we grabbed a beer before we left. We definitely want to go back and explore the trails some more– it’s so big, we barely scratched the surface.
